The National Electrical Instrumentation Quality Supervision and Inspection Center is the only national-level product inspection center authorized by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine to specialize in the inspection of electrical instrumentation products, an import and export commodity inspection and accreditation laboratory, a technical institution for the stereotyping and appraisal of new measuring instruments, and a national-level testing agency for the inspection and appraisal of scientific and technological achievements authorized by the State Science and Technology Commission.

Main business scope: product inspection for manufacturing licenses of measuring instruments; product identification and inspection for new products of measuring instruments; product inspection for export quality licenses; commodity inspection for import and export electrical instruments and meters; national-level appraisal and inspection for scientific and technological achievements; national-level product supervision and spot inspection; product quality arbitration inspection; social and enterprise entrusted inspection; national standards or industry standard test verification and inspection related to electrical instrumentation products, as well as related products (electric meter products: induction meters, static meters, multi-rate meters, multi-function meters and pre-paid meters, etc.; industrial meters) Product inspection for production licenses and review of essential conditions for quality management.

In August 2003, our center was authorized by KAMA Certification Co., Ltd. as a business authority in China. At the same time to China and South East Asia enterprises to provide product KAMA certification forecasting services.
